 First I Put On Two Coats Of Essie - Aruba Blue, Then Topped Off With One Coat Of Seeing Stars, Then A Final Coat Of Sally Hansen Insta-Dry To Top It All Off. Look How Beautiful It Is!! I Cant Stop Looking At My Nails!
